Shipping

Items shipped from Silk and Sass typically go USPS (United States Postal Service) Ground unless otherwise noted. Most shoes will ship out via UPS.

Your order will ship out within 48hrs of placement and shipments in the United States generally take between 7-21 days to arrive.

Orders shipped via UPS Ground will have a tracking number which can be verified so if any questions come up on where your order is please contact us and we will look into it.

International Orders shipped generally take between 7 - 21 days to arrive.

Item approximate ship times dependent on ship methods:

Shoes 7-14 days Corsets/Lingerie 7-21 days (to keep costs down corsets generally ship from overseas. 14-21 days on average)

Please note that Silk and Sass is not responsible for any custom fees that may apply.

If you have multiple items some products may arrive before others depending on the order. Shoes generally ship all together. We do our best to arrange shipping for multiple items to arrive as close together as possible.

RETURNS

If a return is warranted please contact us for your return authorization number which must accompany the shipped back item.

If the item you ordered is in transit (shipped to you) and you need to cancel it, exchange, refund, the order must get to you first before this can be done. At this point an RA number and shipping instructions will get sent to you on the process.

All items, especially shoes, must not show any wear or use. If the items are returned and they look worn it will affect your refund. Please try on shoes when they arrive indoors to ensure everything is as you wanted it. Again, signs of wear will negatively affect your return.
